Coaching with Heart
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Coaching?
Coaching and goal-setting can be thought of as providing a map outlining
your planned journey from A – B. However clearly defined the directions,
the experience of that journey will only become apparent as you commence
your itinerary. If you are seeking a compassionate witness for your
journey of discovery, I will be honoured to support you. My role is to
ask questions and share observations that help you engage in a deeper,
more meaningful dialogue.
